FRANCOIS LINKE LOUIS XV CARVED WOOD MARBLE TOP CONSOLE TABLE, CIRCA 1890, By Francois Linke.
The table is composed of a veined marble top raised on two curved gilt wood legs, the rear of the console if flat and made to be placed along side a wall, having a gilt wood frieze decorated with foliate carvings and draped with sculptural swags, the two legs supported by a carved stretcher with an urn shaped central finish.
